This product is made of silver anodised aluminium, size 195x160mm, thickness 1.5mm.
The first processing step is contour cutting and perforation using FIBER LASER: it boasts unprecedented cutting speed, processing even the most complex materials with ease.
Subsequently, the template was pantone painted: the painting is also carried out on the edges, so that the colour of the anodised aluminium is completely covered, and a product with a complete finish on all aspects is realised.
The template has not been punched, instead an extremely strong double-sided adhesive is used, which is also used for heavier items.
